The Product
The StreamOne® platform provides seamless integration of cloud products and services, simplifying the processes of provisioning, billing, and control. These platforms enable our partners to effectively manage their customers’ cloud account usage, costs, and analytics from a centralized location. Furthermore, StreamOne® serves as your gateway to optimize and streamline your cloud business operations, offering a comprehensive solution in one place.
StreamOne grants access to the complete range of Click to Run™ solutions, which are plug-and-play offerings crafted for swift implementation in under an hour, contrasting with traditional timelines spanning days or even weeks.

The Problem
The Security Hub service keeps track of all resources in a given region and generates a secure score based on the selected security standards. The solution itself is very complex to offer any remediation or deeper insight into the findings so we can only create a read-only report until we have more experience with the solution.
The Goal
Design a solution that offers a more understandable and trackable flow for the user while listing all the changes done in the flow before moving forward and removing uncertainties that may cause frustration.

Responsibilities
Keep communication with the feature’s PM and the responsible developer, paper and digital wireframing, low and high-fidelity prototyping, accounting for accessibility, iterating on designs, and prototyping.
Understanding the feature and workflow
The challenge
The challenge is figuring out all the solution workflows in C2R for different user cases or configurations and managing the experience correctly.
Decomposing the current workflow
I always start with decomposing the current flow and grabbing screenshots for each step. This helps me a lot to grap the workflow on a one canvas and I start logging the areas where I found improvement opportunities. During this cognition stage, I am keeping my conversation alive with product owners and managers.
